You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account. TeamsURL is not liable for unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard credentials.

5. Acceptable Use & Link Management

TeamsURL reserves the right to monitor, disable, remove, or block shortened links that violate these Terms or applicable laws, with or without notice.

TeamsURL does not guarantee that shortened URLs will remain active indefinitely. Links may be removed due to inactivity, abuse reports, legal requirements, or system maintenance.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the TeamsURL platform, including software, trademarks, logos, and branding, remain the exclusive property of TeamsURL.

You retain ownership of your original URLs and content, but grant TeamsURL a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and redirect those URLs as required to provide the Service.

7. Analytics and Data

TeamsURL may collect usage data such as click counts, referrers, geographic data, and timestamps for analytical and service-improvement purposes.

Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected and handled.

8. Third-Party Content and Links

TeamsURL is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or legality of third-party websites accessed through shortened URLs. Use of third-party content is at your own risk.

9. Service Availability

You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

TeamsURL does not warrant that shortened links will function indefinitely or meet your specific requirements.

12. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TeamsURL be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

TeamsURL’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
